I found the beds surprisingly comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. the shower worked well, and the smart tv was a nice addition. there was a functional desk in my room. It was quite useful for my needs. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the corridors had a noticeable smell of tobacco.

a mixed bag , to be frank

dirty walls lack of lift

the room was reasonably warm and relatively spacious.

the walls were notably dirty, and the floor did not inspire confidence. it was on the top floor , meaning a considerable trek with luggage as there isn't a lift. the shower was a rather odd arrangement behind a door , separate from the toilet , a design choice i found perplexing.

friendly staff convenient location helpful manager

the manager welcomed me personally, he made sure i knew i could ask anything. staff was always ready to assist at the reception, i appreciated that they were available 24/7. the location was convenient, not too far from city center.

the staircase was a little twisty, i think it could be difficult for less mobile guests.

all staff displayed kindness and a cute attitude. the check-in process was efficient, and the reception area was friendly. my room had a clean bed, i found tea, coffee, and bottled water ready for me. on-street parking was available near the building, a definite plus.

The staircase was a bit twisty. This might pose challenges for those with limited mobility.

Great Value and Friendly Staff

bonus amenities kind staff easy parking

The staff at reception were kind. They directed me exactly where to park. They sorted me out a room with not too many stairs. My room was cleaned well and stocked with some bonus amenities which were a nice surprise.

Carpet seemed a bit old and could use a refresh.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The staff seemed friendly and helpful at check-in. A bus stop right outside offered some convenience.

The carpets were old and dirty. The whole place reeked of smoke, both cigarettes and cannabis. The room was on the ground floor. There was noise from outside.

convenient location efficient check-in complimentary water

The hotel is located directly on a bus route to the city center. it made getting around very easy. staff checked me in efficiently. I received a water bottle upon arrival. it was especially helpful after my long journey.

the lack of a lift made it difficult to get my luggage to the top floor.
